Hello everyone!
My name is Bertha but I go by Betty. I like to create a safe space for growth and healing to occur. As a first generation college student of immigrants I have enjoyed working with those in transitional stages in their life. Whether it is starting at a new school, becoming an adult, starting a new career, becoming empty nesters, or other life transitions. I believe it is important to learn about an individual's whole life to have a better understanding of what is bringing them to therapy. I create a safe space where I hope to earn a client's trust and help them heal along the way. I psychoeducate client's along the way and teach them how to psychoeducate their loved ones so they may have the support they need in all areas.
